Service Appointment Reservation
In order to reserve your service appointment we require a $75.00 non refundable deposit that will be credited towards the total cost of your services. The remaining balance is paid once services are rendered. The non refundable deposit is not transferable to other people. We require at least a 72 hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. The 72 hour notice does not include contacting us on a weekend. We will gladly transfer your deposit to another appointment date with a minimum 72 hour notice. In the event of a no show, late cancellation or late reschedule of a service appointment we will charge your card a 25% fee of the services you were scheduled for, this fee is separate from your $75.00 deposit. Giving us at least a 72 hour notice allows us to offer your appointment slot to clients on our waiting list. Please consider that some of the clients on our waiting list are cancer survivors. Due to their health and/or treatment plan they may only have small windows of time in which their immune systems will allow them to have services performed. Thank you
Free Consultations | No Shows
We provide your first consultation for (FREE) but in the event of a no show, late cancellation or reschedule without a minimum 72 hour notice, we will charge your card a minimum of $50. At this time we do not require a $75.00 deposit to schedule a free consultation. Scheduling a free consultation allows you the opportunity to discuss your expectations as well as answer any questions or concerns you may have. During your consultation we will also draw the design that best flatters your facial features and select a color that compliments your natural skin tone.
For safety, sanitary reasons, and to obtain the best possible results of your permanent cosmetic services, we do not allow anyone under the age of 18 or pets. For sanitary reasons and insurance purposes only the client receiving the services is allowed in procedure room. If you are under the care of a doctor for any medical condition, you are pregnant or nursing, you must provide us with a written medical clearance. We provide spot testing of our pigments upon request at an additional charge.
The prices listed on our website for Microblading/Embroidery or Feather Stroke Eyebrows include one (1) follow up touch up within 3 months from the initial service appointment. For all other services, the prices include one (1) follow up touch up within 6 months from the initial service appointment. For returning customers who have had their previous work done only by Claudia, a starting minimum of $150* will be charged for each touch up service after the 3 month period for Microblading/Embroidery and Feather Stroke Eyebrows and 6 months for all other services. Touch up fees may vary due to the amount of color loss or loss of definition.
